Migration depends on the quality and structure of source data. The safest approach is to profile data, agree mappings, run a test import and review results before live use.
Training
Training focuses on practical tasks: finding a pupil, recording an intervention, logging a concern, reviewing a dashboard, producing a report and following up actions.

Security and responsibility
Permissions are part of implementation
ProvisionPath includes role-based security and school/trust scoping. During implementation, schools and trusts should confirm which staff should see which information, how safeguarding and confidential records are handled, and how local policy maps to system roles.
