Implementation and support

From first conversation to confident live use

Education software has to fit the people who use it. Axisware works with schools and trusts to understand current processes, configure the right workflows, plan migration, support training and keep the system useful after launch.

01

Discovery

We start by understanding how your school or trust currently manages SEND records, safeguarding evidence, interventions, behaviour, communications and reports.

02

Configuration

Configuration can include schools, trust structure, user roles, memberships, report branding, dashboards, templates, workflow definitions and integration choices.

03

Migration planning

Migration depends on the quality and structure of source data. The safest approach is to profile data, agree mappings, run a test import and review results before live use.

04

Training

Training focuses on practical tasks: finding a pupil, recording an intervention, logging a concern, reviewing a dashboard, producing a report and following up actions.

05

Go-live support

Axisware supports the launch period so teams can ask questions, adjust configuration and build confidence with real workflows.

06

Ongoing development

ProvisionPath is built on proven .NET and DevExpress technologies so it can grow with additional workflows, reports, dashboards and integrations where there is a clear need.

Security and responsibility

Permissions are part of implementation

ProvisionPath includes role-based security and school/trust scoping. During implementation, schools and trusts should confirm which staff should see which information, how safeguarding and confidential records are handled, and how local policy maps to system roles.

  • Confirm SEND, safeguarding and leadership role boundaries.
  • Use school membership scoping for local visibility.
  • Keep confidential records to authorised users.
  • Avoid putting identifiable pupil or safeguarding information into support requests unless specifically agreed and secure.

Talk through your rollout shape

Whether you are an individual school or a trust, the best next step is a practical conversation about current systems, priorities, data and staff roles.
