THE BRIEF

The client required a custom document management software solution to securely store, organise and report on a growing volume of bids, proposals and supporting documents. The system needed to be simple enough for end users to adopt without training, while also providing powerful search, auditing, reporting and self-service access for customers.

Introduction

Managing bid and proposal documents can quickly become difficult when information is stored across multiple locations, duplicated between users, or hard to retrieve at short notice. Onto the Page needed a centralised platform that could act as a secure document repository, improve document retrieval through keyword search, and support future growth.

The Client

Onto the Page is a specialist bid management company supporting clients with bids, proposals and related documentation. As the business expanded, it needed a more robust and secure way to manage documents, reduce duplication and provide easier access to information across teams and customers.

Axisware developed a bespoke document management system using Microsoft technologies and its BaseCamp framework, delivering a multi-user application hosted on Microsoft Azure.
